Yes. All MOR made-to-order furniture can be customised in materials, finishes, and colours to suit your space and aesthetic.
To request a custom order, simply contact us via the Request More Information form or by email at email@mordesign.com. Our team will be happy to guide you through the available options.

How long will my furniture order take to be delivered?

All MOR furniture is made to order. Production takes up to 5 weeks before your piece is ready to ship.
Europe: please allow 4–7 business days for transit
Overseas: please allow 7–16 business days for transit
Once your order ships, our team will personally monitor the delivery and remain available to assist you with logistics at every stage.

How will MOR furniture be delivered to my home?

MOR furniture is carefully packed in flat-pack boxes and protective crates to ensure maximum safety during transport.
Delivery is made to your doorstep or inside your home, depending on the service selected. Each piece is designed for easy home assembly using a standard screwdriver. Clear assembly instructions and any special tools (when required) are included in the box.
White-glove delivery and professional assembly can be arranged at an additional cost. To request this service, please contact our team via the enquiry form or add a note at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How can I return a product if it’s not right for me?

All MOR products benefit from a 30-day return guarantee.

Please note that specially customised products are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage during transportation or manufacturing non-compliance.
