RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Thank you for choosing mordesign.com! We want to make sure your shopping experience is clear and enjoyable, so we've outlined important information about exchanges, returns and refunds below. These terms apply to all users of our website and will be valid for all future transactions with MOR. 

Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund for regular-priced items. For items purchased with a promotional voucher or discount, the refund request period is also 14 days. However, please note that all custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

To request a return, the easiest way is to send an email to store@mordesign.com, including your order reference number. Our team will then provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

Returned products must be in unused condition with all labels and original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items with removed labels or opened packaging. 

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is in stock, we'll be happy to facilitate the exchange for you.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Currently, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. 

Refunds: Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks from the date we receive the product. Please note that the original shipping cost, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

 

DAMAGED GOODS/CLAIMS 

Hand-Made Products: Many of our products are hand-made with natural materials, which may result in unique characteristics and small imperfections that make each piece unique. 

Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or broken during transportation, please contact us immediately. To submit a claim request, send an email to store@mordesign.com, including your order reference number, a photo of the damage, the box, and item label, along with a description of the issue.

Faulty items will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
