As part of Lisbon Design Week, Mor Design unveiled its new studio — not just as a space, but as a statement. The event brought together designers, architects, and creatives from across the globe — Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Japan, Finland, Spain, Italy, Brazil, and beyond — in a gathering shaped by material, form, and intention.
At the heart of the night was a collaboration curated by @seres.interiors, bridging two distinct yet complementary worlds: VESSEL, the Portuguese brand by Billy Pitta-Gróz known for transforming natural stone into sculptural, minimalist objects; and Kokuga, the Lisbon-based floral studio by Nathan Kunigami, who blends Japanese ikebana tradition with a Brazilian sensibility.
Seres orchestrated the encounter with precision — balancing the grounded permanence of stone with the ephemeral grace of floral design. The result was more than visual harmony; it was a sensorial installation, where raw and refined elements met in tension and dialogue.
Rather than a conventional launch, the opening of Mor new studio offered a glimpse into the brand’s ethos: a space that lives at the intersection of design, art, and architecture — where experimentation and curation are at the core.
Lisbon, once again, proved itself a cultural nexus for global design minds — and Mor Design emerged as one of its most thoughtful hosts.
