Shipping policy

We proudly deliver most of our products worldwide, working with trusted shipping partners. If your country isn’t available at checkout, simply contact us at email@mordesign.com and we’ll do our best to arrange shipping manually.

Handling & Delivery Times

  • We process orders within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • In-stock items (like accessories and lamps) are typically delivered in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and local regulations.

  • Made-to-order products may require 5 to 8 weeks for production and delivery, as each piece is crafted especially for you.

  • For time-sensitive orders, we encourage you to reach out at email@mordesign.com before completing your purchase.

  • All estimated timelines will be shared with you via email, along with tracking information to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Types & Special Requests

  • Standard Delivery (Curbside): Unless stated otherwise, all furniture items are delivered via curbside delivery. This means the delivery team will bring the shipment to the curb or the front of your property, but they cannot bring items inside your home, up stairs, or unpack them.

  • White Glove & Assembly Services: If you require special home delivery, room-of-choice placement, or professional assembly, these can be arranged separately. Please contact us at email@mordesign.com before or immediately after placing your order to request a custom quote for these services.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. After entering your shipping address, the correct shipping rate will be applied automatically. We always aim to provide the most efficient and cost-effective delivery solution for each customer.

Duties & Taxes

🇪🇺 Deliveries within the EU

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

🇨🇭🇬🇧 Deliveries to Swisserland and UK

All prices include import taxes. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

🌍 Deliveries in other countries(including the USA and others)

  • Orders are shipped under Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means VAT, import duties, and local taxes are not included in your purchase.

  • Any charges applied by your local customs office are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to release your parcel.

  • MOR DESIGN is not responsible for customs delays or additional costs due to unpaid import duties or incorrect delivery information.

  • For details, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

International Orders Outside the EU & USA

We love serving customers all over the world! For orders outside the EU and the United States:

  • Customs policies vary from country to country — import duties, VAT, and clearance fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please double-check your shipping address and local import regulations.

  • Return requests from these countries are handled case by case — please contact us before sending anything back.
