Each DOME lamp is a unrepeatable piece. Since each marble block is unique, each piece appearance may vary from hundreds of possible natural designs and colours. Ships in: 2 week.

The DOME Lamp is a stunning fusion of art and function, crafted from natural marble. Its thin, rounded, convex shape is inspired by Michelangelo’s idea that every block of stone holds hidden beauty, waiting to be revealed. When turned off, DOME exudes elegance with its sculptural form, but when illuminated, the light breaks through the marble, highlighting its natural veining and creating a beautiful contrast of light and texture.

This Living Room Lighting Marble 60cm - 2 Pieces set is perfect for modern and contemporary interiors. The lamp's minimalist design makes it a focal point in any room, from living areas to dining spaces. The warm glow emitted by DOME enhances the stone’s natural features, making it a timeless addition to your décor.

Crafted with precision, the DOME Lamp is both a practical light source and a statement piece, offering sophistication and subtlety in every detail. Ideal for those seeking a combination of high-quality craftsmanship and unique design.

The Designer

Pedro Sottomayor

Pedro Sottomayor (b. 1973) founded his design office in Lisbon in 2009. Since then, there have been two main strands to his work: the development of new products; and creative direction for brands and companies. As a creative director, Pedro seeks to find the often hidden potential of each specific industry in order to build competitive brands or develop new products. His in-depth knowledge of industrial processes has helped him achieve great success in all areas of his work. For Pedro, every project has a potential waiting to be harnessed that can be used to create amazing products.

Originally from Porto, Pedro went to Italy to study industrial design and learn directly from Italian masters. His experience in Italy was crucial to developing the principles that guide his approach to design: beauty, functionality, culture, sustainability and design awareness.
