Carved from natural limestone, every LEVE carries its own veins, textures and tonal variations. No two pieces are exactly alike, allowing the character of the stone to make each one unique.

Precision in Stone

Carefully machined from a solid block of limestone, LEVE achieves its precise geometry through a process of considered shaping and technical accuracy. Every line and proportion is carefully resolved, creating a sculptural object where precision and natural material meet.

Light in Three Forms

Three distinct LEVE forms create three different expressions of light, each designed around a different type of candle. As the flame interacts with each shape, light is reflected into different shadows, bringing warmth, rhythm and atmosphere to the space.

Based in Copenhagen, Birgitte Due Madsen is an artist and designer whose work incorporates furniture, product design, ceramics, and sculpture. Birgitte has developed several industrial products as well as handmade furniture and design objects. Her work always showcases high quality techniques as well as classic colour schemes, tactile textures and geometric lines and shapes.
